Acknowledgment. Your continued use of https://jimesconstruction.com constitutes acceptance of these Terms. Jime's Construction reserves the right to deny service to anyone who does not accept them.
Service Description. This Site describes Residential Construction Services, Commercial Construction Services, Concrete Services provided by Jime's Construction. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.
User Conduct. You are responsible for any information you submit and for maintaining the confidentiality of any account access. You agree to use the Site lawfully.
Acceptable Behavior. You agree not to misuse the Site, including unlawful activity, service disruption, unauthorized data collection, malware distribution, or impersonation.
Site Content. Content displayed on https://jimesconstruction.com is the property of Jime's Construction or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is forbidden.
Payments. Pricing for services is provided in writing prior to work commencing. Payments are due per the terms of your service agreement. Refunds, when applicable, are governed by that agreement.
End of Use. Jime's Construction may terminate your Site access at its discretion. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.
As-Is Basis. https://jimesconstruction.com is provided on an "as is" basis. Jime's Construction makes no warranty regarding completeness, reliability, or accuracy of information presented.
Damages. Jime's Construction is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Aggregate liability shall not exceed amounts you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Jime's Construction from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
Law and Venue. NC law applies to these Terms. Any action arising from these Terms shall be filed in courts of competent jurisdiction in NC.
Term Changes. Jime's Construction may modify these Terms at any time. Updates take effect upon posting on this Site, and continued use is deemed acceptance.
